1. In-Home Consultation

The very first step is an in-home consultation, which we offer free of charge and with no obligation. The appointment usually lasts an hour as one of our specialists examines your closet space, takes measurements, and discusses your storage needs. Our designs can accommodate even small closets, so we will be sure to make the most out of all the space you have available.

2. Designing the Closet

Normally, a designer takes measurements, sketches out one or several examples, and comes up with different plans over the course of a few weeks. Clozetivity of Raleigh-Durham uses artificial intelligence to generate between four to six different designs for reach-in or walk-in closets. And it only takes a few minutes! Then you can make changes as you’d like before getting an instant price estimate.

3. Order Your Closet

You can pay your deposit after receiving a paperless proposal via email or text. Closets typically arrive between five to seven weeks after we place the order. We will contact you once your closet is ready in order to schedule a day for installation. All closets are crafted in North America and made of superior materials.

4. Get Your Closet Ready

We can prepare your existing closet for you for an additional cost, or you can do it yourself. Prior to the day of installation, everything should be removed from your closet, including any shelving and rods. Any nail holes or other damage should be repaired and painted over with a color that matches the rest of the walls. If you prep on your own, be sure to paint one or two days before the new closet is installed so the paint has time to dry.

5. Closet Installation

Our team will take care of everything from delivery to the final touches. We will set up our workspace and unload the closet from our vehicle before getting to work with the installation. Our specialists will be sure to leave your home as clean as it was when we arrived. One closet usually takes just a day, but it could take longer for more than one closet.
